Cindy caught my attention with a great price on the car and helped me arrange transportation from Wisconsin to Mansfield, OH. Travis picked me up from the Greyhound stop in person before the dealership opened and worked with me to get an extended warranty on my new baby that was within my budget. Wow great place and amazing people Derek was a great sales person. Just walked in and bought our SUV and everyone there was joking with us and having a great time they treated us like family I told them I'm not going to a bank I want to use my credit union they did not once try to push me to use a bank I'll be back to buy a new explore thank you so much for everything
I appreciate the friendliness and service of the staff at Donley Ford of Galion. Mr. Tilley was very knowledgeable of the Ford F-150 product and showed me how to use some of the newer buttons on the dashboard. Mr. MCcane and Mr. Fagan were very friendly as well. This is the second vehicle I have bought at Donley's in 5 years and plan to stop here first again.

Tim McCane was my salesperson. I would highly recommend him as he was very helpful in finding the right car for me, made the best deal for me with no hassle at all, and I was able to drive away in my beautiful new Ford Taurus in practically no time at all.
