Condition. I thought my one cat would die. However they did take good care of the one who was in very bad shape. Megan was great. I just wish they would have let me know they were not doing well instead of telling me they were fine. I would have had my friend get them and come back sooner. I just didn't understand.
Doc Shuler is the best vet I have ever had the privilege to know. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, responsive. I know my dogs get the best care, period.
They generally care about your pet if you go there. He is on call and answered us really late about our dog. Helped out with our dogs. Successful surgery that was the cheapest there than anywhere else. Very very helpful and friendly. They know there stuff about the animals. I recommend them for anyone looking for a great vet for the best price. 10/10 best vet we’ve been to.
I entrusted my cats with them telling them they had never been left and thought they could handle them if they were stressed...I called to check on them and they said they were fine. When I picked them up they were in awful
Dr. Shuler and Glass plus all the staff treat you with kindness and respect. They take the time to listen to YOUR thoughts and ideas for treating YOUR pet and explain labs and conditions thoroughly. They don't talk down to you and aren't in a big rush to get to the next person. You can tell they aren't all about the money like some doctors (both for animals and humans). I've been to several other vets and the staff and vets are rude and cold hearted. Horizon goes above and beyond the call of duty!
Both Doctors go the extra mile, they diagnosed our little beagle having sever heart disease and other vets missed it completely. They helped his quality of life until it was time to make those hardest decisions...they were very compassionate, gave us space, time and so caring...very blessed to have found this vet.
