I was very impressed at first..... after a few orders things went down hill. I would always ask for no mayo on the ham and cheese sub....and they put it on there anyways. Other then that They got other orders correct.... I never complained. Except for this past go round where I found a long hair in my pizza.... which the girl said she was the only one with long hair and asked me what I expected.... to which I said was nothing I just found it and I have Brown hair..... then she hung up.... I'm plan on reporting this to the health department and the BBB. Hopefully the owner's will see this and tend to this.... it's funny they can see your number and know the address but when you actually call back they act like nothing took place.
Best pizza in town. I love their thick crust and I'm not a thick crust guy. It's just properly balanced american pizza.
If it wasn't for this guy I would most definitely leave a 5 star review!
Tubby's definitely has the best pizza in town. Unfortunately, not the best staff. One of their delivery drivers, the 'little person,' will steal tip money from you.. so make sure you clearly write how much you want to give. He will also tell you it costs more than your actual bill over the phone. He has been reported to management and nothing had been done.
Just received my delivery order... Fast delivery in less than 30 minutes... BUT.... Not satisfied with part of the food. Ordered MILD wings.... Things are so hot and spicy can't even eat them.. called thinking mistake on my order... First time they HUNG up on me then I called back and was told... You got what you ordered... I threw them in the trash...and will never order from Tubby's again. Customer care SUCKS!!!!!
