My Stylist was AMAZING! Brooklyn took her time with me. She listened to me as I explained what I wanted. She looked at the photos I had. She was up to date on styles and techniques. Wonderful experience.
This is the worst hair cut I have ever had, I gave her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look, she started cutting I guess she was mad because I said use scissors not to buzz it. At one point I told her she was cutting it too short, my hair is so short that it will take months to grow it out. Stay away from here unless you want to be shaven bald.

Absolutely the worst kids cut I've ever seen. Hannah butchered my son's hair just in time for back to school and Missy the manager just shook it off. The stylist literally took the clippers up and down in the back of my four year olds head causing a bald spot the size of a business card. Never again will I go there and honestly the Ohio Board of Cosmotology should look in to it. Horrible, absolutely horrible.
