This McDonald’s. You can save yourself so time and drive to Crestline.
I ordered 3 large fountain drinks along with a medium carmel frappe and large fry. I was given fountain drink cups then had to wait 5 minutes for the Carmel frappe and then had to wait a additional 5 minutes to get the large fry. It seems like they forgot this is supposed to be fast food.
Cashier was not very bright. She was more concerned with her friends than she was actually listening to us place the order. She had to ask every item what we said. I think her name was Courtney. BOO! I asked if they had comment cards and she had no idea what that was. Also amazed that they are no longer fast food. Take a number and sit down. REALLY
If you’ve got 15-35 min to sit in the drive-through, this is the McDonalds for you!
Coffee was WAY too strong. No toilet paper in ladies rest room. I saw one employee trying to go do it and the manager told her twice she needed to be on register. There were 2 people in line and already one taking the order. I left without using the facilities. The manager has some extremely poor communication skills. Jeff was his name I believe.
The food was typical McDonald's. Good, but coud have been fresher and hotter.
Really nice for a McDonald's location. Has really nice and clean bathrooms. Only one stall in the Men's restroom, so not huge but clean none the less. Entire building has a nice brick Aesthetic.
Cleanliness of tables, floors, pop/condiment table, most everything visibly dirty. I wonder what it looks like BEHIND THE COUNTER!
